4. Do your teas contain caffeine?
Most Lunessence Care teas are naturally caffeine free or very low in caffeine. Each product page clearly lists ingredients so you can choose what best suits your needs.

5. When should I drink the tea?
Our teas can be enjoyed at any time of the day. 

6. Can I drink your tea if I am not on my period?

Lunessence Care teas are formulated specifically to support your body before and during your period, so we recommend drinking them only during this time. For overall wellness outside of your period, stay tuned; our After-Care Tea will be launching soon to support your body after your menstrual cycle is done.
